HEROBOARD PILATES™ is a performance-driven, low-impact training method designed to build strength, control, and muscular endurance through intentional movement.
The method centers around the HEROBOARD™, a compact wheeled training platform that challenges stability, balance, and precision throughout every exercise. Because the board moves with the body, participants must continuously engage their core and stabilizing muscles to maintain control.

Nina McDonald has been part of HEROBOARD PILATES™ since its earliest stages, helping shape the patterns and standards that define the method today. With a background in dance, gymnastics, and rhythm-based fitness, Nina leads with precision, power, and presence.
Her coaching reflects the heart of the method—intentional, expressive, and exacting. As a Legacy Trainer, she mentors the next generation of HEROBOARD coaches to move, lead, and teach with purpose.

Chelsea Averna
Chelsea Averna is a multi-disciplinary fitness leader and Legacy Trainer for HEROBOARD PILATES™. With nearly a decade of experience spanning sculpt, HIIT, and rhythm-based formats, she’s known for blending precision, creativity, and connection in every class.
As Fitness Director at Gozzer Ranch, a premier Discovery Land Company property, Chelsea introduced HEROBOARD PILATES™ to the luxury wellness space—elevating how members move, train, and recover.

Savannah Biaggne
Savannah Biaggne has been part of HEROBOARD PILATES™ since the very beginning—helping shape the method from the ground up. With roots in dance, yoga, and rhythm-based training, her coaching is defined by control, flow, and intention.
Now based in Chicago, Savannah continues to elevate the method as a Legacy Trainer, guiding movers and coaches alike to train with purpose, precision, and presence.

Alli Bianchini
As the creator of the AB Method, Alexis offers deep expertise in program design, progression, and measurable results, helping ensure the work remains effective and sustainable as it scales. STOTT Pilates–certified in Mat and Reformer and NASM-certified in Personal Training, her foundation is rooted in disciplined methodology and progressive strength.
She was drawn to HEROBOARD PILATES™ for its ability to bridge strength, control, and longevity — and brings that same lens to the method as it evolves.
